Stage 3: Escalated Formal Complaint
Upon submission this form will be sent to the chair of our board of trustees who will liaise with the Artistic Director to investigate the complaint and reply with a formal response, within 30 days.
As part of the investigation of your complaint any members of staff mentioned will be made aware of the complaint, as well the Artistic Director of the company.
